Returns


- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoices.

- Products that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.


Eligible Return Reasons

- Damaged or defective product

- Missing accessories or parts

- Product significantly different from its description


Non-Returnable Items


- Used or damaged products

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software or digital products

- Products marked as "Non-Returnable"


Refunds


- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Exchanges


We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was delivered.


Return Shipping


- If the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), GadgetCraze will cover the return shipping cost.

- For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
